Pioneer Technology Center’s (PTC) welding students swept the Region III SkillsUSA contest. Each category (secondary, adult and first year) was won by a PTC welding student. The welder was donated by Phil Treadwell owner of Munn Supply and the Lincoln Electric company. Mitch Garrity, owner of Mitchco; Dean Gratias, weld foreman of ConocoPhillips; and Jamie Valega with Fab Tech Welding out of Perkins, Oklahoma served as judges.Prizes for the winners were donated by Airgas, Lampton’s Welding Supply, Lincoln Electric, and Munn Welding Supply in Enid.
