Bid Assistance Program
The Oklahoma Bid Assistance Network is a statewide network of trained procurement assistance specialists who help companies compete and win government contracts. The Bid Assistance program gives businesses a clear understanding of the bidding process as well as up-to-date information required for contract bidding. This program is a joint project of the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education (ODCTE), Pioneer Technology Center, and the Department of Defense. Some of the resources available include:
• Personalized services with bid leads, contracting
opportunities, solicitation and proposal package review.
• Assistance with vendor registrations - CCR, Pro-Net,
HUBZone and other SBA programs.
• Electronic commerce with the federal government.
• Marketing research to find out who in the federal
government purchases your product or service.
• Training seminars and one-on-one consultations.

In the PTC-Plan Room you will find information on all
construction projects that report to:

• Several engineering firms in Oklahoma & Kansas

• Computer and a 21" screen monitor
• HP 800 PS full color wide format printer - prints up to
42" wide
• Vidar Scanner - allows you to copy pages of your plans
for subcontractors or other workers
